One Heart
Based in Athens, Greece, One Heart is a medical clinic and social services organization providing food, housing, legal assistance, job training, and discipleship for Persian refugees. Founded and run by a former refugee, One Heart is uniquely positioned to understand the refugee journey.
Greece has become the epicenter of the refugee crisis in recent years, with refugees flooding in from Iran and Afghanistan with little more than the clothes on their backs. One Heart exists to welcome them and provide the basic care they need. While medical is the primary strategy for providing care, discipleship is at the core of all they do.
